REBAC Consultancy is a professional training and consulting firm registered in the UAE, providing leadership development, finance and banking training, AI and data analytics programmes, executive coaching, and business consulting services to organisations across the GCC and Middle East.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

• Infringe the rights of any third party.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or its related systems.
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website at our discretion and without notice.

When you register for a public course or request an in-house training programme:

• Registrations are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from REBAC Consultancy.
• Fees are as quoted at the time of registration. All fees are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
• Cancellations by the delegate must be made in writing. Cancellations received more than 14 days before the course start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days of the start date may be subject to a cancellation fee or substitution with another delegate.
• REBAC Consultancy reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any course due to insufficient enrolment or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, registered delegates will be notified and offered a full refund or transfer to an alternative date.

Consulting and executive coaching engagements are governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work agreed between REBAC Consultancy and the client organisation. In the absence of such an agreement, these Terms apply. All consulting deliverables remain the intellectual property of REBAC Consultancy unless explicitly transferred in writing.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, course materials, and training resources — is the property of REBAC Consultancy or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

Course materials provided to participants are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be shared, resold, or reproduced without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, REBAC Consultancy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the content on our website for any particular purpose. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
